Handy Stop Market & Café will be opening on the corner of Jefferson and Congress streets later this year. The small shop will sell meat, produce and general items.
Owner Bradley Cruice saw the need for a small shop in the downtown area while touring the area with Leadership Lafayette, and knew the time was ripe to make it happen.
The space will be 3,500 square feet and will include a drive-thru window. Handy Stop Market and Café will be located at 444 Jefferson Street, in a building once occupied by Festival International.
