Pancakes & PJs with Santa

8am – 11am | Sliman Theatre 129 E Main Street, New Iberia, La 70560

Bayou Tradtions in partnership with New Iberia McDonald’s present Pancakes & PJs with Santa. Spend a beautiful morning at the SLIMAN THEATRE with Santa and Mrs. Claus while enjoying hot pancakes and sausage provided by New Iberia McDonald’s. There will be Holiday Face Painting and VIP ticket holders will enjoy cookies with Mrs. Claus. Be sure to bring your camera for photo-opts with Santa and other holiday setups.

Very Berry Christmas Quest

8am – 4pm | Chamber of Commerce 111 W Main Street, New Iberia, La 70560

A family scavenger hunt presented by the Greater Iberia Chamber of Commerce merging Iberia businesses with festive families. Mark your calendars and head to the Chamber office Saturday, December 10th between 9 am – 12 pm. Grab your elf hats, goodie bag and activity list with over 30 businesses and organizations offering crafts, discounts, and holiday fun. For only $10 per youth and $5 for adults you’re off on your own family adventure discovering the hidden treasures in New Iberia. Families able to complete at least 7 activities by 4 pm are entered to win one of many prizes including a $500 Armentor Jewelers gift card. Families who preregister by December 5th are guaranteed elf hats, a goodie bag and a sneak peek at this year’s activity card a few days prior to the event.

Queen City Christmas Parade

Bayou Traditions presents the 44th Annual Queen City Christmas Parade powered by Arceneaux Ford on Saturday, December 10, 2022 starting at 5:30pm in historic Downtown New Iberia, La.   

This year’s parade will be hosted by our own Danita in the Morning! Catch her on the balcony of Bourbon Hall introducing this year’s parade floats!

Street Parade Route:

5:30pm starting at Lee Street and ending at Jefferson Street (Cane River Pecan Co.)

Immediately following the end of the street parade, Santa Claus will be in his workshop (gazebo at Bougliny Plaza) for a photo-opt with your families.
